Acquisitions

In 2022, Physimax was acquired by DarioHealth. In 2021, COMSovereign Holding Corp. acquired Sky Sapience, a global leader in tethered drones, and Alabama-based Help Lightning purchased Fieldbit, an augmented reality-enabled platform that helps field service technicians. 

Expansion

StemRad, ECOncrete, NucleonGilinnovations, UC-Care, UniperMilagro AI, and Aura Air established presence in Florida following their participation in the FIBA program; hired locally and/or relocated leadership with families to the Tampa Bay area. Envonics, Cecilia.ai, OurLove, Tabit, Xtend Robotics and Docola have offices and staff in Florida

Funding

72 FIBA companies have raised more than a total of $915 million from investors around the world.

4 companies went public: Safe-T is listed on the NY Stock Exchange, Fluence is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and  XRHealth and Aura Air are now listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
