Acquisitions

In 2023 AuraAir was acquired by Molekule.

In 2022, Physimax was acquired by DarioHealth. In 2021, COMSovereign Holding Corp. acquired Sky Sapience, a global leader in tethered drones, and Alabama-based Help Lightning purchased Fieldbit, an augmented reality-enabled platform that helps field service technicians. In 2018, Anheuser-Busch InBev, the largest brewer in the world, bought beer and beverage analytics startup  WeissBeerger.

Expansion

22 Israeli companies working with FIBA have established presence in Florida.

AuraAir, CloudWize, Econcrete, Gil Innovation, GlobeKeeper, MilagroAI, Nucleon, StemRad, UC-Care and Uniper established presence in Florida following their participation in the FIBA program. Hospitality tech companies: Cecilia, Como, MRGN, Tabit, and Xtend Robotics have offices in South Florida.

Aeye, BioBeat, Docola, Envonics, Navina, OurLove and WaterGen have team members in Florida.

Funding

72 FIBA companies have raised more than a total of $915 million from investors around the world.

4 companies went public: Safe-T is listed on the NY Stock Exchange, Fluence is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and  XRHealth is listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
