In 2021, COMSovereign Holding Corp. acquired Sky Sapience, a global leader in tethered drones, and Alabama-based Help Lightning purchased Fieldbit, an augmented reality-enabled platform that helps field service technicians. In 2018, Anheuser-Busch InBev, the largest brewer in the world, bought beer and beverage analytics startup WeissBeerger.
