Diagnostic Robotics closes $45M Series B Funding Round
Diagnostic Robotics, which has developed an artificial intelligence system for clinical prediction, has announced that it has raised $45 million. Diagnostic Robotics was founded by Yonatan Amir, together with Dr. Kira Radinsky, who became famous when, at a very young age, she sold artificial intelligence-driven prediction company SalesPredict to eBay. A third founder is Prof. Moshe Shoham, inventor of the technology of Mazor Robotics, which developed a robotic guidance system for spine surgery and was sold to Medtronic for $1.6 billion, and that of several other companies. The investment was led by StageOne, with participation by Migdal Insurance, Clal insurance, Bank Hapoalim, and The Mayo Clinic. So far, including the current round, the company has raised $84 million.
