FIBA is gearing up to the launch of its 2018 program in a couple of weeks. On February 12, FIBA will welcome four representatives of the four Israeli companies that were selected for the first session of the FIBA 2018 program. On Monday morning FIBA hosted around 50 local leaders, business people, and community members, who have expressed interest in helping the Israeli entrepreneurs upon their arrival to Tampa and were excited to learn about the program and the companies. FIBA offers different opportunities for engagement: you can become a mentor, a subject-matter-expert, share industry knowledge, assist with orientation to the American business culture, open doors, connect to customers or investors, host a dinner, sponsor a breakfast, lunch or dinner event, or just make the Israelis feel welcomed. The FIBA team is building teams and committees around the visiting entrepreneurs and the support of the community is instrumental in helping them grow their network in Tampa Bay and consider making Tampa their base for their US operation.
If you are interested in getting involved, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be announcing the companies that have been selected next week.
