Merrie is a seasoned Business Development Executive with expertise in consulting, C-Suite solution sales, client success, growth strategy, marketing, project management, and strategic partnerships. She has served as an Executive Advisor with FIBA for almost 3 years and she loves to work with and create new opportunities for Israel startups.

Merrie is an engaging and energetic leader, passionate about helping others succeed and working on innovative initiatives that make a meaningful impact. Her diverse industry experience includes over 20 years working with business owners, executives, investors, stakeholders, and teams of startup, private, public and global Healthcare, Digital Health, Life Sciences, Technology, Hospitality, Agriculture and Manufacturing companies. She is also an entrepreneur who has successfully run her own consulting business since 2014.

With over 2 decades of Board Leadership experience, Merrie currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Junior Achievement Tampa Bay, she has also served on the Broward Health Foundation Advisory Board and held memberships with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), BioFlorida, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and she enjoys being involved in industry associations and supporting community leaders, events and businesses throughout Florida.

A native of Michigan, Merrie earned her B.S. degree in Business from Eastern Michigan University and she has conducted business throughout the U.S., Canada and Israel. A resident of Florida since 2006, Merrie lives in Safety Harbor with her husband and 2 rescue cats.
