DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE OPERATIONS AT DOG HOUS, CALIFORNIA
Keith Gertler is the Director of Franchise Operations at Dog Haus, a fast-casual restaurant group based in Pasadena, CA. He joined the company in 2017 to build upon its fast-paced growth, streamline training processes and standardize overall operations. Keith oversees franchisee training, brand consistency at the corporate store and on location, onboarding of General Managers, and operational vendor management systems.
Keith has over 20 years of Hospitality experience working with different brands, including Wyndham Hotels and Morton’s The Steakhouse. He completed the highly regarded Hillstone’s Restaurant Group training program before opening his own concept, a BBQ restaurant in downtown Philadelphia. Prior to joining Dog Haus, he was one of the Operation Managers responsible for bringing Dunkin’ to California, where he was awarded Operator of The Year by the national corporate team. Keith possesses the expertise and passion expected and necessary to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment where guest service and product quality is a top priority.
Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
