Mark Gordon, Managing Editor of The Business Observer will moderate.

Chon Nguyen, Partner at Proper House Group – Chon leads two technology companies and the Proper House Group, operating six restaurants in Tampa’s hottest locations, including Sparkman Wharf, Seminole Heights and Water Street. One of his restaurants, Rooster & The Till, is a 2022 Michelin BIB Gourmand Award recipient.

Chris Southwick, General Manager at The Tampa EDITION – Chris’ twenty-five-year career with Marriott International began as Chef Tournant at The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland. He successfully progressed to Executive Chef roles at Ritz-Carlton locations in Pasadena, Moscow, Sarasota and Sanya. His next position was at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Operations.
