A top executive from Waze, a popular GPS navigation app, will talk about how the company is fitting in with its corporate parent, Google, at Innovation Fusion, a flagship event for the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator.

Aron Di Castro, head of global partnerships and business development at Waze, is one of two speakers from Israeli tech unicorns slated to speak at the June 13 event in Tampa. He’ll be joined on the stage by Danny Brigido, director of customer solutions for Wix.com (NASDAQ: WIX), a website development platform for small businesses.

The big names in the tech industry are expected to help draw attendees to Innovation Fusion, which also provides a showcase for this year’s group of eight Israeli companies taking part in FIBA’s 2018 program, designed to help the tech startups find partnerships and collaborations with U.S.-based and local companies.

This year’s Innovation Fusion event is the second one for FIBA, a Tampa nonprofit established by the Jewish Community Centers & Federation and supported by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Hillsborough County and community philanthropists.
